LED LIGHTING AND CONTROLS

Up to 90% reduction in energy consumption

LED LIGHTING

LED lighting makes business sense, especially for those looking to improve energy efficiency and reduce electricity costs.

LED lighting is the most efficient source of lighting available requiring far less power to produce the same light level (lumens) compared to their fluorescent and incandescent predecessors.

The range of LED lighting formats is huge and covers indoor and outdoor applications.

LED LIGHTING CONTROLS

Lighting controls not only allow you to improve your energy efficiency, they also help you to create space lighting that meets user needs (enhancing wellbeing, increasing productivity etc).

There are two main types of lighting control systems to consider and it is important to choose a system that provides the best possible return on investment.

1. Sensor lighting (movement detection) in rooms and outdoor spaces where the space is intermittently occupied, such as corridors, meeting rooms, car parks, fire stairwells, etc.

2. Automatic lighting controls allow you to program when lights turn on / off and adjust brightness for different times of the day based on planned usage. These systems provide facilities managers with easy interfaces to make adjustments remotely.

Reduce high running costs

Lighting accounts for around 20-40% of a businesses energy bill.

Easy installation

Lighting control systems can be retrofitted with minimal disruption to building occupants.

Compatibility

Lighting controls are compatible with all types of lights. For increased efficiency we recommend LED upgrades are included as part of the roll out.

Integration

Automatic lighting controls can be integrated with a Building Energy Management System (BEMS) or stand-alone wireless lighting control system.
